Today, July 12th, Ireland will being to roll out the EU Digital Covid Certificates. These will be issued to those who are fully vaccinated, recovered from Covid 19 or who have a negative PCR test. We do not have the full information just yet as to how each individual will be given their DCC. At the moment it looks like those who are fully vaccinated will be automatically issued their DDC while those recovered from Covid or with a negative PCR will need to request it.
How do I get my DCC?
There is going to be a dedicated helpline set up for any DCC queries but as of today we do not have a telephone number to provide. If you are awaiting your DCC post vaccine it will be emailed or posted to you. Imokilly Medical Centre was not asked to provide patients’ email or postal addresses, currently it seems that the Cert will be sent to the address linked to your PPS by Revenue. This information may not be entirely accurate as it has not been finalised yet, we will update with any accurate information as we are given it.
