Are your contact details up to date?

Imokilly Medical Centre may need to contact you from time to time regarding appointments, results, follow ups or prescriptions. It is important that we have your most up to date contact number on file so that we can reach you if needed but also to allow us to continue to maintain our high standard of patient confidentiality.

We sometimes will have someone else’s number saved on a patient chart. For example a parent, a spouse or a child of an elderly patient. This is ok only if the patient is under age (15 and under), non compos mentis (not of sound mind) or if they have given their express consent to list another person as their contact.

Patients aged 16 and over may choose to list their own phone number rather than a parents.

You can also confirm your contact details at reception if you have an appointment coming up.
