Fundraising Event:
Free Breast Exam
Patients of Imokilly Medical Centre are invited to
attend a free breast exam with one of our female GPs
on
Friday 23rd October 2026
Event Info and T&Cs:
Free breast exam by appointment only, available to female patients
aged over 18.
Attendee’s must be registered patients of Imokilly Medical Centre.
Attendees are encouraged to donate any amount to our Breast Cancer
Ireland fundraiser in lieu of paying an appointment fee though this is not
mandatory for examination.
Appointments for the free breast exams can be made at any time during
our regular opening hours on Friday 23rd October 2026
Fundraising in aid of Breast Cancer Ireland.
A once off breast exam should not be considered an alternative to
regular at-home self breast exams.
Breast Exams during this event will be faciliatated with a female GP, a
female chaperone will also be available to anyone who wishes.
Patients with any findings on exam will be referred onwards for further
investigation.
