Patient education is vital for safe and effective weight loss. Your weight loss clinic will include :
- Comprehensive review of your medical history including relevant family history.
- Assessment of lifestyle factors and possible modifications such as diet, physical activity, sleep pattern and more.
- Mental health screening and review of psychological factors.
- Physical examination to include bloods, measurements, blood pressure, BMI.
- Discussion of previous weight loss attempts.
